Drifters Bar & Grille is always seeking dependable, energetic crew members. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, the ability to multi-task and follow direction, a strong work ethic and friendly communication skills.


Server

Minimum Age 16+

Greet guests, answer questions, make suggestions regarding food and drink.

Verbally interact with all guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.

Relay orders to the bar and kitchen via the POS. 

Observe guests and respond to any additional requests. 

Present guest checks to each table and accept forms of payment. 

Make the correct change and/or complete the proper charge card procedure. 

Participate in the clearing and resetting of the dining area and tables. 

Deliver food and beverage to all restaurant guests. 

Perform cleanup tasks as assigned. 


Line Cook

Minimum Age 16+

Ensure food is prepared exactly according to company standards and guest requests.

Prepare high quality food items to order. 

Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest expectations.

Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table. 

Assist with putting away food deliveries and ensuring proper rotation of stock. 

Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards. 

Maintain a clean and orderly work space. 

Other duties as needed. 


EXPEDITOR

  • Facilitate the outward flow of food from the kitchen to the guest

  • Monitor the status of orders

  • Finish the plating & presentation of dishes

  • Strictly adhere to the health and sanitation standards of Drifters

  • Communicate efficiently & effectively with the kitchen

  • Assist in packaging carry-out orders

  • Run food to tables as necessary

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Self-motivated and assertive

SUPPORT STAFF

  • Greeting & Seating guests

  • Fielding phone calls

  • Performing to-go & curbside orders

  • Bus tables & run food as necessary

  • Ensure a clean entry & pathways 

  • Assist in keeping the restaurant stocked

  • Other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum age 16

  • Hours: 3:30pm - Close

  • Ability to multitask
